What if my dog is shy? / うちの子は人見知りなんですが… +
Totally fine — we're patient. Lots of dogs are shy at first. If your dog needs more time, we'll just meet again another day. 大丈夫です。慣れるまで何度お会いしても構いません。
Is this a government certification? / これは公的な認定ですか？ +
No — GBDI is a small private club. Partner venues welcome members voluntarily, just like any dog-friendly café choosing its own policy. いいえ、民間のちいさなクラブです。提携店は任意で参加しています。
Can I bring two dogs? / 2頭連れていけますか？ +
Yes, absolutely. Let us know in your note and we'll plan a little more time. もちろんです。ひとことお知らせください。
When does the Member Card arrive? / メンバーカードはいつ届きますか？ +
Digital card in about a day, and if you'd like a physical card we'll pop it in the post within a week. デジタルカードは翌日、物理カードは1週間以内にお送りします。
