Hi — Yuki here again, member #1.
A quick update on the plumbing. This month the club learned to talk to machines:
What's new:
- Public JSON API — `/api/v1/stats.json`, `/api/v1/registry.json`, `/api/v1/partners.json`. No auth, no drama.
- MCP server — GBDI now speaks the Model Context Protocol. Add it to Claude (or any MCP client) and your AI assistant can verify a member number, find a dog-friendly venue near you, or send your membership application for you. One line: see the [Developers page](/developers).
- Faster replies — the website forms now land directly in a monitored inbox (with email as backup), so "we reply in 1–2 days" keeps being true as we grow.
- Honest numbers — the directory now clearly separates real members from the fictional sample profiles we use to show what the club will look like. Right now that's 1 real member team (me and Elle, still proudly Provisional) and 6 partner venues in 2 prefectures. Small and true beats big and fake.
Why bother with an API for a dog club?
Because the next thousand members won't find us by typing URLs. They'll ask their AI "where can I take my dog for dinner in Tokyo?" — and now their AI can actually answer with our partner venues, and even start the membership application. That's the door we just opened.
More partners, more members, same pace: fast, honest, one venue at a time.

今月は「配管工事」の報告です。クラブが機械と話せるようになりました：
新しくなったこと：
- 公開JSON API — `/api/v1/stats.json`・`/api/v1/registry.json`・`/api/v1/partners.json`。認証不要です。
- MCPサーバー — GBDIがModel Context Protocol対応になりました。Claude などのAIアシスタントに1行で追加でき、会員番号の照会、近くの犬歓迎のお店探し、入会申込みまでAIに頼めます。詳しくは[開発者ページ](/developers)へ。
- 返信が速く — サイトのフォームが常時監視の受信箱に直接届くようになりました（メールはバックアップとして併用）。「1〜2日で返信」をこれからも守ります。
- 正直な数字 — ディレクトリで実会員と見本プロフィール（クラブの未来像を見せるための架空データ）をはっきり分けました。いまは実会員1組（私とエル、まだ誇り高き仮会員です）と、2都道府県6軒の提携店。小さくても本当の数字が、大きくて嘘の数字に勝ちます。
なぜ犬のクラブにAPIが要るのか？
次の1000人の会員は、URLを打ち込んでは来ないからです。「東京で犬と一緒に夕食できるお店は？」とAIに聞く——そのときAIが私たちの提携店で答えられて、そのまま入会申込みまで始められる。今月開けたのは、その扉です。
提携店も会員も、これまで通りのペースで：速く、正直に、一軒ずつ。
